General system control
Provides verbal interfaces for basic framework interactions, such as the "Stop" command. Also provide interface to control physical Mycroft hardware.
NOTE: This Skill is a little unusual in that it really doesn't do anything directly, rather it emits messages for the device creator to capture.
Stop. Reboot. Turn off. Allow remote login. Configure wifi.
This skill is not aproved by Mycroft skill tester.
