Simple skill to let mycroft say hi to someone
Main purpose is making an example of how to make a simple skill that takes input from user and use it - in this example just for replying.
The skill uses the @intent_file_handler and Padatious
Mycroft will reply
"Hi {name}. Nice to meet you."
"Hello {name}. Good to see you."
